ABOUT
HORIZON
Since 2002, the Kirti M. Doongursee College and Department of CS-IT have held the well-known event "Horizon." With our motto "Unity is Strength," we started the event with the intention of connecting individuals and bringing them together through technology in association with computer science, wherein Principles and concepts of Information Technology are demonstrated with the working applications or models, designed by the students under the guidance of teachers. Students from other colleges do visit this festival and makes it a grand success. Also, they appreciate the effort of the department faculty and students. Every year response of the visitors is over whelming.

THEME
ANIME & TECHNOLOGY
.jpg)
We choose anime as the theme for our college event since it is not only a popular form of entertainment but also has a close relationship to technology. The limits of what is possible in the medium have been pushed by anime, which has been at the forefront of innovations in animation and visual effects. A significant portion of anime enthusiasts may be found online, where they can communicate, exchange ideas, and produce fan works. We think that examining the relationship between anime and technology will offer a special and exciting chance for our event. We also think that including anime in our event will draw in a wide range of people and make it enjoyable and memorable for everyone.
